This website is meant to be usable by every homeowner in Kansas City, MO and nearby Missouri towns, whatever device or assistive technology they use. It aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
Pages are built with headings in order, text descriptions for images, readable color contrast and layouts that hold up at phone width and when zoomed. The request form, the cost calculator and the repair-or-replace quiz are built to work with a keyboard.
If any part of the site is hard to use, tell us through the contact form, naming the page and what got in the way. Each report is read and used to fix the problem.
