The site publishes general information about roofs and, when you ask, forwards your request to one independent local roofer. It isn't a contractor. Estimates, prices, contracts and the work itself all come from the roofer, and the site has no role in any insurance claim.

Any agreement you make is between you and the roofer. The roofer runs an independent business and is not an agent or employee of this site, which doesn't guarantee its prices, schedule, workmanship or warranties. Check the company yourself before you sign; the Missouri roofing rules page lists what to ask for.

Cost figures, storm history and rules summaries on the site come from the sources named on each page and can change. They are general guidance, not quotes, bids, inspections or legal advice.

Please send only accurate information about a property you own or manage, and don't use the form for anyone else's details or for spam.

To the extent Missouri law allows, the site isn't liable for losses that come from relying on its information or from work a roofer does. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. They may be updated, and the version posted here applies from its date. Last updated October 10, 2026.
