Contact Us About Roof Replacement in Kansas City, MO
Have a question about this site or a roof in Kansas City, Missouri, or elsewhere in Jackson, Clay and Platte counties? The form is the way to reach us. This is a referral service: it does no roof work, and the roofer who receives a request is the one who pays for it.
Write to Us
There is no phone line for this site, by design. Everything runs through the form, which keeps your details in one place and out of a pile of voicemails. If you want a roof looked at, describe it in the form and your request goes to one independent local roofer, who gets in touch to set up a visit.
Use the same form for anything else: a question about a page, a fact you think needs fixing, or a request to remove your details. Say what your message is about in the notes box so it is handled the right way.
- Roof estimates. Tell us roughly where you live, what the roof is made of and what you have noticed. A single roofer receives it and handles every step from there.
- Site questions. Ask how the referral works, how a page was put together or where a figure came from.
- Your details. Your request sits with our hosting provider just long enough to be passed along, and it is wiped automatically after 90 days. Nothing is sold.
A note on money, since people ask: you never pay the site. The roofing company covers the referral fee, and nothing passes from the site or the roofer to you, because Missouri law bars roofers from giving homeowners gifts, credits or referral payments on insurance work.
If you have a problem with a roofer's business practices, the Missouri Attorney General's consumer protection office takes complaints. For a question about an insurance claim, go to the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance. Permit questions inside the city limits go to the City's Permits Division. This site has no tie to any of these offices.
Not sure what to ask yet? The answers to common questions and the step-by-step overview cover most of it.
